Tonight for dinner I made a delicious Terryaki Tofu and Bell Pepper combo. It's possibly the best thing that I have tasted in days! So here's how I did it. I cut the tofu into inch long pieces and wrapped them in a paper towel to remove some of the moisture. I took them out of the paper towel and let them marinade in terryaki sauce for half an hour. I cooked them on the stove with a little bit of oil in the pan for about twenty minutes on a medium heat setting and making sure to turn them often. I cut up a yellow bell pepper and sprayed pam in a second pan and cooked the pepper for about ten minutes on a low heat (i moved those around often too). once everything was done cooking, I put it all in a bowl and topped it off with fresh lemon juice. It was amazing, healthy, and easy to make! I recomend this meal to EVERYONE!

That's A Wrap!
Today for lunch I made a yummy wrap. I used guacemole, spinache, pico, tomato (yes, I know there's already tomato in pico, but so what, I like tomato.), alfalfa sprouts, and a flour tortilla. I only used half of the tortilla because I wasn't that hungry, but once I took the first bite of the wrap, my apetite instantly re-appeared! I thought I could taste barbecue, but that's not normal with this meal, so don't worry. It's possible the avocado I used was a little funky. I drank vitamin water with this instead of soda like usual. Wraps are great for lunch because they have the healthy servings of vegetables which flavors' complement eachother perfectly, and the tortilla helps fill you up so that you don't feel hungry, but you don't feel bloated and weighed-down either!
